We maintain a strict policy, through legally enforceable agreements, to secure the confidentiality of all information obtained or created during the performance of certification activities at all levels of our structure, including committees, external bodies, or individuals acting on our behalf.
PT Satya Global Standart will inform the client in advance of any specific information we intend to place in the public domain. All other information, unless formally made publicly accessible by the client, is strictly considered confidential.
Information regarding a specific certified client or individual shall not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent. If PT Satya Global Standart is required by law or authorized by contractual agreements to release confidential information, the client or individual concerned will be formally notified of the information provided, unless prohibited by law.
Any information about a client obtained from sources other than the client themselves (such as complainants, regulators, or public feedback) is treated with absolute confidentiality, in line with PT Satya Global Standart’s strict policies.
All personnel, including committee members, contractors, and individuals acting on behalf of PT Satya Global Standart, are strictly required to maintain the confidentiality of all information obtained or created during the execution of certification activities.
We utilize secure equipment, documents, records, and physical/digital facilities to ensure the safe handling and storage of all confidential information.
When confidential information must be shared with authorized organizations, such as our accreditation body (ASCB) under our group certification scheme, PT Satya Global Standart will ensure clients are duly informed of this action.
