Satya maintains comprehensive records of audit and other certification activities for all clients. This includes organizations that have submitted applications, as well as those that have been audited, certified, or those whose certification has been suspended or withdrawn.
Records for certified clients are meticulously documented and include, but are not limited to:
All applicant and client records are stored securely to guarantee absolute confidentiality. Satya ensures that records are transported, transmitted, or transferred in a manner that ensures confidentiality is maintained at all times.
Satya operates under documented procedures for record retention. Records for currently and previously certified clients are retained for the duration of the current certification cycle plus one additional full certification cycle to ensure historical traceability and compliance.
