SUSPEND, REVOCATION OR REDUCTION THE SCOPE OF CERTIFICATION

Official Policy and Procedures for Managing Changes in Certification Status

PT Satya Global Standart has documented policies and established procedures for the suspension, withdrawal, or reduction of the scope of certification. We ensure that the certification status of our clients is always recorded accurately and made accessible to the public.

1. Suspension of Certification
PT Satya Global Standart shall suspend a client’s certification in cases including, but not limited to, the following:

  • The client’s certified management system has persistently or seriously failed to meet certification requirements, including requirements for system effectiveness.
  • The certified client does not allow surveillance or recertification audits to be conducted at the required frequencies.
  • The certified client voluntarily requests a temporary suspension of their certification.

Consequences of Suspension:

  • Under suspension, the client’s management system certification is temporarily invalid.
  • PT Satya Global Standart maintains legally enforceable agreements with its clients to ensure that during suspension, the client is strictly prohibited from using the certification for any further promotional or advertising purposes.
  • Satya will update the client’s status in our public registry and make the suspended status accessible to the public.

2. Restoring or Withdrawing Certification

  • Restoration: PT Satya Global Standart will restore the suspended certification if the issues that resulted in the suspension are fully resolved and verified.
  • Withdrawal (Revocation): Failure to resolve the issues that resulted in the suspension within the timeframe established by Satya—which shall strictly not exceed three (3) months—will result in the immediate withdrawal (revocation) or reduction of the scope of certification. During this 0 to 3-month suspension window, the client’s certification remains temporarily invalid.

3. Reduction of Certification Scope
PT Satya Global Standart shall reduce the scope of certification to exclude the parts that do not meet requirements in cases where:

  • The certified client has persistently or seriously failed to meet the certification requirements for those specific parts of the scope.
  • Any such reduction will be made in strict alignment with the requirements of the standard used for certification.
  • The client must immediately amend all advertising and promotional materials to reflect the reduced scope of certification.

4. Legally Enforceable Agreements upon Revocation
Through our legally binding certification agreements, upon formal withdrawal (revocation) of certification, the client must:

  • Immediately discontinue the use of all advertising, promotional, or stationery materials that contain any reference to the certification status.
  • Return all official certification documents and trophies to PT Satya Global Standart as directed.
