Legal Responsibility

PT Satya Global Standart is a legally established entity officially registered in the Republic of Indonesia. Our organization operates under the Business Identification Number (NIB): 1258001631544, issued by the Ministry of Investment/Head of the Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM). As a legitimate certification body, we assume full legal responsibility for all our certification activities and services provided to clients.

Certification Agreement

To ensure professional integrity and legal clarity, PT Satya Global Standart maintains a legally enforceable agreement with every client before the commencement of any certification activities.

This agreement is designed to:

Cover all sites and locations included within the defined scope of certification.
Clearly outline the rights and obligations of both the certification body and the client.
Ensure that clients provide access to all necessary processes, documentation, and personnel required for initial certification, surveillance, and recertification audits.

Responsibility for Certification Decisions

In accordance with international standards, PT Satya Global Standart retains sole authority and absolute responsibility for its decisions relating to certification.
These decisions are made independently and include:

Granting initial certification.
Maintaining, renewing, or extending the scope of certification.
Reducing, suspending, or withdrawing certification if requirements are not met.

Our decision-making process ensures that certification is based on sufficient objective evidence of conformity and remains free from any external commercial or financial pressures.
